Jennifer’s Judith Jones was born to Larry and Carol Jones who were both curlers. When she was 11 her mother Larry started to teach her but Jones’ passion for sport took up before that in a day care at the St. Vital Curling club.
She attended the normal Vanier School in south winnipeg from kindergarten to grade 8. After she attended Windsor Park Collegiate. At that point Jones was proficient at volleyball and curling.
In 1991 she won her 1st provincial junior title playing third for Jill Stasub. The group represents Manitoba at the 1991 Canadian Junior curling Championships in Leduc, Alberta.
Within the University of Manitoba she earned a BA in economics and psychology and a LLB. After she became a lawyer for National Bank Financial, where she is now a senior legal advisor.

Jeniffer’s Judith Jones was born on 7th July 1974 and she is a Canadian curler. She was one of the Olympic champions in curling as skip of the Canadian group at the Sochi games 2014.
Jones is the 1st women skip to go with the games undefeated. The only male skip to gain this was fellow Canadian Kevin Martin in 2010.
Jeniffer’s Jones and her squad were the first Manitoba based curling team to won an Olympic gold medal. They won the 2008 World Women’s Curling Championship and were the last Canadian Women’s team to do so until Rachel Homan 2017.
